Bentley Woudstra, Vice President, Human Resources, was the Legal & HR Director for NOVA Innovene from its formation in October 2005. Prior to that time, Mr Woudstra held various finance, legal and HR roles in NOVA Chemicals, starting in 1994. Prior to joining NOVA Chemicals he worked at a major Canadian law firm. Mr Woudstra has Commerce and Legal degrees from the University of Alberta in Canada and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
