• Reports on and investigation of all incidents and near misses potentially leading to major accidents.
• Training of our empoloyees and contractors in the fundamentals of prevention of incidents.
• Manage changes to our processes and facilities in a controlled way.
• Periodical evaluations of our policies, systems, procedures and practices with a view to continuously improve them.
